FM Operations Director - Scotland & England

Tracy has worked in Facilities Management for almost 30 years and her wealth of experience gives her a unique insight into all aspects of the industry.

Her initial experience was gained working on client side and following this she then moved on to set up and run a successful and innovative Helpdesk for a major UK retailer providing national coverage. This provides her with a rounded knowledge base on client expectations and how TOTALIS can meet these.

In her role Tracy oversees all aspects of our FM operations across the UK offering a complete property maintenance solution to retail, commercial and social housing clients throughout the UK.
